- Be the pet owner or authorized caretaker
4. Pet Health & Safety
- Pets must be vaccinated
- All medical/behavioral issues must be disclosed

5. Booking & Payment
Payment terms depend on service type and will be shown in the app.
6. Payments
- Payments via approved gateways
- Charges must be paid before or during service
7. Emergency Handling
In emergencies, pets may be taken to a vet. Costs are borne by the owner.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Emergency Cancellation
In emergencies, rescheduling or partial refund may be provided.
Rescheduling
- 8+ hours: Free
- 4–8 hours: Nominal fee
- <4 hours: Treated as cancellation
One-Time Services
- 8+ hours: Full refund
- 4–8 hours: 50% charge
- <4 hours: No refund
After Partner Arrival
100% charge applies.
No-Show
Full charge applies if customer is unavailable.
Subscription Services
- 24+ hrs: Full refund
- 4–24 hrs: 20% deduction
- <4 hrs: 30% deduction
- After start: Used sessions charged
Service Partner Cancellation
If partner cancels, customer gets full refund or reschedule.
